Wandering UFOs in PuPu Attacks have a much higher enemy level than they should have, making the level checks in their ai non-existent even for brand new players. They have static enemy levels of 135 for normal mode and 330 for hard mode regardless of player level. PuPus and UFOs in post-story nodes are unaffected.
